Holiday Club

 

Our holiday club is open to all children between 5 to 13 years old.

Based at Northbourne Park's Old Rectory and run by our School staff, we plan and deliver a wide-range of indoor and outdoor activities for children aged between 5 and 13 years to enjoy in the school holidays, including arts & crafts, sports and Forest School activities.

Monday 16 December - Friday 20 December 2024

 

With activities including:

Monday:       Arts & Crafts

Tuesday:      Brilliant Bakes

Wednesday: Northbourne's Got Talent (incl. a festive quiz and karaoke!)

Thursday:    Winter Walk & Crafts

Friday:         Christmas Party! 

Timings:

Morning drop-off is between 8.30am and 8.45am. Pick-up by 4.00pm.

What to bring:

  • A packed lunch
  • A morning and afternoon snack. Kindly note that we are a nut-free school
  • A water bottle
  • A spare change of clothes
  • Outdoor wear, including suitable footwear appropriate for the season/ weather
  • A sun-hat and sun-cream when appropriate. Please ensure children have applied sun-cream before arriving.

Fees:

Cost: currently £38 per day, per child (this includes a booking fee). In the Summer, excursions (which will be advertised in advance) may come with an additional charge.

Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

  • Booking for Holiday Club opens at the start of the half term prior to the Holiday Club (i.e., booking for October half term starts in September when we return to school).
  • Booking and payments are made on the Trybooking online platform.
  • Northbourne Park School runs on a first come, first served basis.
  • We cannot accept families turning up on the day without prior booking.
  • Parents should let the school know as soon as possible if their child is unwell and unable to attend (01304 611 215).
  • We do not offer refunds if parents cancel the booking.
  • If we cannot meet the needs of an individual child, then we reserve the right to ask the parent to withdraw their child. Any additional needs should be declared in advance at the time of booking, on the booking form.
  • Children need to be potty-trained to attend the Holiday Club.

Additional information

  • The school will publish timetable of activities in advance of the Holiday Club.
  • Children should wear suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities.
