We advise you to measure your child and compare sizing in the online shop. If you would like to try items of uniform on before purchasing, please email uniform@northbournepark.com to arrange an appointment.

Second-hand uniform and previous stock items

Northbourne Park holds a limited selection of new and second-hand uniform items at the Prep School. To purchase, contact uniform@northbournepark.com attaching a completed Uniform Order form. Uniform orders are picked on Wednesday afternoons in term-time. You will be notified when your order is available for pick-up, and items will be sent home with your child.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I order uniform, create an account and order or return items? Visit the School Colours Direct website and login to your child's account.
  • How do I know which uniform items are for my child? School Colours Direct has filters to show uniform for different year groups. Additionally, see the Pre-Prep and Prep uniform lists above for the full set of items required and suggested quantities.
  • Can the School assist with School Colours orders/ returns? No. All information is held on the School Colours Direct website. For any enquiries about your uniform order, please go to ‘Contact Us’ on the School Colours Direct website or email enquiries@schoolcoloursdirect.co.uk. Please quote ‘Northbourne Park School’, the name on the order, and the order number.
  • My child is a day pupil (or lives in the U.K.). How do I get my items delivered? All day pupils must have their orders delivered to their home address. They cannot be delivered to the School.
  • Is there a delivery charge for home deliveries? School Colours Direct offer free delivery for orders of £50.00 and over. There will be a delivery charge for orders under £50.00.
  • My child is a day pupil (or lives in the U.K.). How do I return an item? Uniform that needs to be returned must still have labels intact and not have been worn (outside of the first try-on). It is the parents’ responsibility to return the item to School Colours Direct and re-order as required. Unfortunately, the School cannot assist with this.
  • My child is a boarder (living outside of the U.K.). How do I get items delivered? Please order all uniform online. Uniform will be delivered to the School and will be distributed to pupils on arrival.
  • My child is a boarder (living outside of the U.K.). How do I return an item? The School will return your items directly to School Colours. The return will be chargable. You must then re-order the correct item. We cannot order any items on your behalf.
  • How do I know the right size to order? Please refer to the sizing guide detailed against each item of clothing. There are also helpful sizing and measuring guides on the School Colours Direct website. Northbourne Park have fitting sets if you would like your child to try on items.
