Why Year 7 & 8 at Northbourne Park?
Northbourne Park School offers a nurturing environment where children can truly be themselves. With the oldest pupils being 13 years old, we create a setting that protects and cherishes childhood. Our rigorous academic programme follows the Common Entrance curriculum, complemented by a varied timetable that includes Games, Drama, Spanish, French, Music, Art, D.T., and more. There is an emphasis on Outdoor Education, with regular opportunities to don a boiler suit and play, cook, build, and learn in our woodland Leadership Village.
We emphasise leadership opportunities and independence, encouraging pupil-led learning through initiatives like the ISEB IPQ. Our unique Section Française Bilingue allows children to build lifelong friendships with peers from around the world and develop their language skills. Many of our day pupils board at school for one or more nights a week.
